I purchased it in march 2013 and at that time it was wp8 installed and was worthless. It doesnt have a file manager so you dont know where it goes.
Only music and videos were available. The biggest drawback is that it cant play .mkv files so your dream of watching movies cannot be fulfilled by lumia620. Later I got some developments from 8 to 8.1 so that was a bit releiving and now as a last resort I am thinking to sell it but people are more smarter so no one ready to purchase. So make sure you are also smart enough ignore this product.
