If you are not that much choosy about the phone feature, you can go for it. Because the cost is very less.
I like the nokia Lumia serious because according to price this phone give you quite a good feature like a good camera in dark place, touch, music and one of the best is its offline map you just have to download the map where you want to go and after you can use the map without internet. If you are on a traveling job then the all over India map is around 900mb.
You can download map of other countries also. I bought this phone of Rs 13500/-
I face some problem that's are followed:-
If your phone is hanging, you don't have any option to backup your installed application. Because this phone does not support third party application.
The soft key are very delicated if your press it hard it might be stop working.
The spare part are very costly, by accident my touch screen is broke up, the original screen is of 6000/-. So I have to repair this phone with duplicate screen and that not working properly.
