I had purchased a NOKIA C7 Handset, details of which are given below :

I have purchased a Nokia C7 (IMEI No.: 353755047239126) (Date of Purchase: 22:04:2011) from e-Zone, Chembur (East), Mumbai 400071, India.

(Invoice copy Attached) In the month of December 2012, I the only issue was the phone was not getting with charger beside that everything was working fine I was also able to charge with USB also I took it to the Nokia Care outlet here in Mumbai (SAPPHIRE SERVICES, Shop # 19/A-1, 1st flr, Rajaram Estate, Naiaon X Road, DADAR East MUMBAI - 400014) on 15th December, 2012 to get the proper solution, (Job sheet No:- 943504867/121215/87), They called back on 17th December, 2012 and told that the problem still persist even after changing of the charging point of mobile, I ask them that is the  final solution and give the Quotation, they told me the chessy module needs to be replaced (Costing rs. 2850 all incl.) On my approval they replaced and returned my mobile on 18th December, 2012 saying that the charging problem has been resolved. As soon as I got the mobile from the above mentioned service center, I have noticed that my Airtel SIM network was not getting detected. I have been told by the customer care executive that our service center does have Airtel network issues and you will get the proper network as soon as you step out of our premises. I accepted that and came out of their premises and checked for 5-10 minutes but the mobile network was not working. I took it back to the service center; she replied that your SIM card might be faulty kindly use another SIM if you have any. Then I inserted another my working Airtel SIM in that mobile, still no network (Whereas on my other phone both SIM's were giving full coverage at the same place). Then the customer service executive told that these both SIM's are old & faulty, kindly apply for the new SIM card from the service provider, Then I have visited Airtel gallery, (20th December, 2012) applied for new SIM, with the new SIM card as well I was facing the same issue. Even I tried to search for manual network connection, but I was getting a list of only 3 service providers (Vodafone, Loop & Dolphin) but no Airtel. 21st I visit Nokia Care they give me a same answer, finally 22ed I visit Nokia Care I told him boss you guys my phone's charging point problem is resolved, but you create a new network problem please recheck my phone again maybe your Engineer make mistake they receive my phone create job sheet , on 26th December, 2012 "They told me your charging point problem is resolved sometime this kind of symptoms will automatically creating if you want to check your network problem we will send L3 support Engineer in Delhi cost will pay 6500 rs  if you ready we will send", they will give me a irresponsible answer

Note: Mobile worth RS 16800 (twenty months old), I already give to him 3000 rs. They will create a new problem again they ask me 6500 rs. Let me ask you one question for Nokia Team,

1)    If I have taken a Nokia mobile (Never serviced before) to a authorized Nokia service center to resolve a small charging issue, why should I pay for the mistakes your engineers have made while servicing my fully functional mobile..?

2)   If you don’t know how to repair Nokia C7 why you accept my Phone, before you accept my phone why not you guys are clear the above 26th  December, 2012 statement, if you clear statement I am not spine  3000 rs.

3) if you give this kind of service why people will purchase Nokia Smart phone, and how we will give the reference to other peoples

Hence I am requesting you to take proper and immediate action and help to resolve my phone problem

Note:- Even after drafting a mail to nokiaindiadigitalmarketing@ovi.com, I am not getting satisfactory resolution of my complaint. They are ready to refund my Rs. 2850, but my worth rs. 17000 phone is  totally useless. I want my mobile fully repaired or they should give me the replacement for my useless phone.

Please share your Comments, what further action should I take ...?
