I have bought a 5610. After some time its screen gone blank. Then I have submitted it in NOKIA service center. They replaced the screen with a china screen which has the worst color quality and after 2 days the keypad stops working. when I go to them they have denied the fault and start saying that the products which have been installed does not hold any guarantee and you (me) have to pay for further repairing.
THEY ARE THE BURGLARS.
KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.
I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO BUY ANY HANDSET FROM NOKIA.
I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE VERY LESS CHANCES OF FAULTS IN NOKIA HANDSETS BUT IF THERE IS A FAULT THEY ARE ULTIMATELY UNABLE TO REPAIR IT AND TO COOPERATE YOU.
