I have been using the Nokia 3250 since the past 1 and half years and found the phone to simply amazing. I read some of the reviews about the phone hanging and all, probably those guys didn't have the latest firmware 4.14. Though personally I never had trouble using this phone, not a single repair required since I have been using it for the past year apart frm having the battery changed.
Style, size shape: Well there is not much to talk about here. Its a simple looking phone a bit bulky u have to say considering other phones in its category. U have to twist to use the camera and twist it to the other side to use it as a music player. A piece of advise u cant twist it 360 so dont try too hard and even when people are twisting about do caution them. Its got good big keys, except for the navigation key its small and would take time to get hang of it.
Camera, Video Recording:The 3250 has a 2 megapixel cam(NO FLASH) and its a pretty good one. U really get good photos provided that u have sufficient light around. The night mode is ok. The 3250 comes with a image editing software which is also pretty good. The video recording section is also good.
Music:Well this is a music phone and it doesnt dissappoint at all. The sound quality is superb . I couldnt imagine that such a loud sound could come from a small device. The handsfree are those vacuum type ones which are pretty good although u have the option of putting in your own speakers.
The music library functionality is very good. The phone supports various music formats. I would recommend u convert them into aac 128kbps using the nokia pc suite to store more songs. overall the music section is the best.
Battery Life:This phone has amazing battery life. U can surf the net, play songs for like 6-8 hrs and still wouldnt have to recharge.
Other features:Well the internet browser is not that great. suggest downloading opera mini which is pretty good if u want a decent browsing experience. U can play java games as well as other symbian games provided that they dont use much of the joystick. U do have flash player and all although I have never used them
The Bad Part:My phone never hanged although sometimes it couldnt read the memory card . This happens like once a month nothing to worry about . Just restart the phone. Sometimes does slow down while sending a sms but nokia have provided the software to counter this effect.
