I booked a trip to Srilanka with Nirmala through their sister concern Vathika International. Though 50% of the tour amount was taken from us 9 months in advance, a late evening flight was booked despite availability of other convenient flights.On arrival at Colombo around 11.45 pm, we were made to travel another 35kms to a resort. Effectively we reached the place which was value very beautiful beach resort at 1 am, we're served dinner which went on till we and we're again made to leave the 8am in the mornine for the next destination. Vathika had in fact outsourced this trip to A local operator Apple holidays. Some places in itinerary were skipped. On the whole not a very satisfying experience. Did not experience the value for money.
