They seem least interested in talking to folks who want to book a travel. I had to call up one Mr Ramesh from Vatika travels( the parent company of nirmala travels) multiple times to get an understanding of the itinerary, but got know response or call backs. No one else seemed keen to help out either. Never trying them again
