I was living in Bangalore before I shifted to Chennai.In bangalore as Nilgiris Super Market is very near to my house, I used to purchase from them.At first they had good quality products even though the price is a bit high compared to other super markets in bangalore. Soon the customer service of the store declined.The staff started to ignore us when we ask them for help for searching the products.When we take the products for billing, there is no one at the billing counter.When you go to purchase bread, the packet seal is open and only half of the bread is there.Quality of the food also started decreasing.One time when I purchased Nilgiris Super market's certified Salt, I found small black stones in it.I got shocked.I stopped shopping there altogether when me and my family got food poisoning after eating the cake purchased from there for Christmas
