Two days back I bought TWO 500 gram pack of butter, which makes it one kg. Upon reaching home and unpacking and I found the first pack full of FUNGUS AND BLACK SPOTS. Shocking! I opened the next park to see the same thing. How can butter get fungus, was my first reaction! I immediately called the customer care number, but no response.
I immediately mailed cc on the I'd mentioned on the pack. No response till now. Today morning I called the cc and a lady named Shilpa, who's in charge of QUALITY CONTROL, took the batch number and other details, NO APOLOGIES whatsoever, and tells me she'd get back in 5 minutes. She hasn't called back.
What I detest is their attitude, more than anything else! But I'm not going to leave them without an answer this time. And yes, I want them to own up and apologize!
I'll wait for a day more and then put this news in the newspaper, along with the pictures. I am a part of the media, and I'll show these guys how people should not be taken for granted!
