This store is managed by shameless cheaters n chors in BTM. They e fine to deliver outdated eatables product n then do not bother to send d replacement item. Instead they wd ask u come down n get the item replaced. This was not jst a one time experience wid dem but for couple of times.
I hv decided never ever to deal with dis group of cheaters. Cnt write other bad experiece with these bloodies due to space limitations here. Guys refrain buying products frm Neelgiris at BTM lake road.
