          I bought this camera because it has 5x zoom and 6 mega Pixel. The other brands offer optical zoom to somehwere 3x or 4x but 5x zoom at this price was the most attractive part of the package.The out out is great the after sales support is very poor. I had problems with my cam , i spoke to many dealers and all of them told me that Normally L1 has a Mian board problem. and the worst part is that it is not repairable. So you just have to throw out the camera. The Red eye reduction is not that great But overall expect this the camera is great. Anyone buying this camera should handle it with great care. the most important thing is do not connect thid camera to your pc’s USB instead use a card reader.
         Overal if it works properly it is great value for money.
