Nikon D3300 my first DSLR camera of my life. I have bought this camera from market with single lens kit 18-55mm .
I am using this camera since few months and found nothing bad in this camera and truly speaking I have not expected too much with the camera before buying as this is one of the cheapest DSLR cameras available in Indian market. But camera performance is far beyond my expectations and works very well.
I am still using this 24MP Digital slr camera with 18-55 mm kit lens and both are working great for me.
Camera took amazing shoots in daylight as well as in low light conditions and if you have good knowledge of manual modes then you can easily use this camera for professional levels.
After using for many months I have found some pros and cons in this camera which I am writing down, hope these can help you in deciding weather to buy or not.
PROS
1) Camera build quality is awesome( I have not expected this premium build quality at such a low price) but build quality of camera is much better then any other cameras.
2) Performance of the camera is far beyond expectations, its 24MP shutter captures decent amount of light to produce professional level pictures with full amount of details.
3) You can record videos @60p and then you can slow down to produce slow motion effects and believe me you will amazed with its videos recorded at 60p . Other competBrianbalakumaranrs like canon 1300d has only maximum of 30p output in videos. So you have double here
4) Hardware used in camera is very good and premium all buttons are of premium quality
5) Display is very good and very sharp
6) You have option for external mic(which is always big issue for video recorders)
7) Battery backup is very good
8) Many settings and functions for users to set their pictures according to situation
9) Not heavy at all
10) Got full accessories with this like bag, charger, strap, memory card, all caps
CONS
1) There is no wifi, bluetooth, NFC .
only problem with this camera is that there is no any option for inbuilt wireless connectivity but you can solve this with buying external wifi remote made by Nikon
2) Sound of shutter while clicking photos is loud and annoying
3) Lens comes with its kit lens is not very good
I will suggest to buy camera body only any buy external lens separately of lower focal length for better performance and blurry effects
4) Hard to use its auto focus in low light
So, Overall I will say this is best dslr camera you can buy at this low price, simply go for it. It will not disappoint you.
And one bonus point here from me, many people are confused b/w nikon d3300 and canon 1300d and my simple answer is go for nikon d3300. It has more professional features and better performance, you can buy external wireless connectivity with this camera. This is not only a entry level dslr it is more more than that.
