I was recently approached by one naukri.com executive and convinced about their paid service to find a better job faster.
I fell into their prey and the lady named, Simrab, from their Delhi office made
all fake promises about their great services, prompt responses etc.

I opted for the Express resume where they send the resume to some consultants.
While trying to convince and make me pay for the service, they called me up frequently. But, right after I made the payment, they never called. I had to then call them 5-6 times a day to know the status. After I made the payment, their service started AFTER ONE MONTH. For ONE LONG MONTH, the lady named, Simran kept on making lame excuses from about their server being down, my payment not reflecting in the system, the other persons being on leave, etc. etc. It was really a frustrating experience I’ve ever had in my life.

Recently, I heard from a friend of mine about his same kind of bitter experience with Naukri.com. His was worse. He was made to opt for the resume development service of naukri.com. His service was also delayed for 3-4 weeks, and when he got to see the draft copy of his resume, he realised that I paid for a really bad service.

My friend also told me that, he didn’t get a single call from any recruiter for 2-3 months, after opting for the resume development and resume express service from naukri.
Later, he found out from one of his friends, who works in a placement agency that most recruiters reject resumes developed by naukri.com.

Naukri.com has a typical common resume format which they use for all candides/customers, and recruiters are well aware of it. All recruiters reject the resumes developed by naukri.com, the moment after receiving them.
You think Naukri people are not aware of this? I can bet they do. But how does it matter to them? They use a common template for all resume developments, to save time and get money. But, be sure of this: you’ll not get a single call from any recruiter, if they receive your resume, developed by naukri.com.
So, you are paying naukri to make sure no recruiter calls you!!!

People get better responses if they develop their own resume, and be a free member of any job portal. Be it naukri.com or monster.com. I heard, Monster’s services are much much better than Naukri.
