I have a bitter experience with Naukri.  I have registered different email ids with differnt job sites and so I know which consultants call came through because of which site.  I am surprised that inspite of taking a paid service from Naukri, the mails I get are junk.  Sometimes they are literally junk , like multi level marketing, and home business things.

Monster never sends you such mails.  Moreover the accuracy of monster to the jobs sent is perfect.  I am surprised at Monsters ability to consistently deliver better results than Naukri.

Jobsahead is also good in the sense that i get a lot of telephone calls and two of my jobs have been through jobsahead.

Naurki is good to go to their site and search for jobs, but for other services like getting relevant mails, getting resume made, or for that matter any paid service of Naukri is a big waste.  All those good reviews in this site about naukri are also talking only about the interface of the site and all that, which is actually good.

I dont think naukri deserves a 63% rating (currently).  People praising naukri should visit monsterindia.com to understand how services can be better.
