Naukri.com-really fantastic job portal.I have registered it when i was in my MBA without knowing the real value about that.

When i received calls from the consultants i felt really fantastic.

Since

many job consultants and companies are using this particular portal,chance of considering for jobs is more and hence got calls almost everyday.

Then i realised the real value and updated my profile very detaily.

The only thing is the shade of the website which is not very appealing,anyway doesnt matter.

When i refferred to my friends they also delighted by the way it works.

Also they could have provided some tips for resume building,interview handling so that it may helplful to the candidates.

Awareness in college also very less and getting a fresh job also bit difficult ,so what they can do is the awareness campaign to college students so that they can be benefitted.
