As a HDFC bank credit card customer, I had redeemed 2 coupons for Rs 500 each in exchange for my points for use at Naturals. I gave it to my wife so she could use it.
First time, she did a facial, and when she presented the coupons, she was told it was not acceptable and had to be informed before teh service was provided. the second time, she told them she had a coupon and they offered her the 1947 offer, which she politely declined and got her facial done. When she presented her coupon to pay a part of her bill, she was told that it will not be accepted as the 1947 offer was going on. She argued that she had agreed to do h er facial declining the 1947 offer and the naturals employee refused to accept her coupon. She had to pay her full amount and to compensate her, they agreed to take her coupon next time, which I entirely doubt as they have lost my trust and I will never ever step into Naturals again, nor will my wife.
This was my experience with Naturals KodambakkamI request HDFC Bank(which I highly respected) to not include them as their partners in these credit card redemption programs. Their credibility and trust are also getting damaged.
