My mother is a teacher in a very reputed school in Pune. We had gone to this book store to enquire about a sanskrit book. On enquiry, the first reply was negative from one of the salesman. My mother was very sure that the book should be available with the bookstore and she explained to the salesman what book she was expecting. By the way, the book in question is a CBSE sanskrit book.
At this point an OLD MAN( I guess he was the boss) interfered and started talking very loudly and very very rudely to my mother, telling her that she should first confirm the content of the book and then come to bookstore. Is this the way to speak to a lady customer?.Unable to bear this attitude from an old man, I interfered and asked him politely to speak properly and low tone. Upon which he replied that is his voice and he can't do anyhting abt it. He entered into an argument with my mother telling her in a very rude way that the book is not available with them and that she is asking a wrong book. I was really very very disaapointed with the way the old man spoke to my mother.
