Mine was 9 year old. I used in India for 2 years, converted the power system to 110 volts. and still using in USA. But the jar, blades got too tight after 5 years for one of the jar. and jar is not working. I have replaced the jar couple of times. except that it is a great mixie.
I wish there is service center and parts avaialble in USA. if I had to replace the mixie, I will buy the same brand. My mom and mother in law has the same mixie in India. I will recommend this product to any one. I guess now 110 volts is available.
