Once I purchased this water purifier but later understood that it is a bluff company.After purchase within 8 months it stopped functioning.We called at the customer care.Since it was within warranty period,a representative came but after 4 days.He changed the filter but using old and used spare parts they installed. Then we did not stay at home for 5 months.How cum after eight months(actually three months) it stopped functioning.Later after eight months when it stopped functioning,they did not come for 1 week.We also called another mechanic.he checked and brought candles but could not install.He said other candles mismatch with this purifier.The water was seeping out as the candles were not working and at last we found the engineer after 15 days.He came and replaced used candles with a new one.He charged a lot of money.There is no reliable AMC for this.Please dont buy. It is not durable and not handy at all.User friendly?Oh my God!first it should let us use then the question of user-friendly.I do not recommend.
