Non Refund of Course fees. Review on Narayana IIT Academy, Hyderabad

1. My daughter was admitted the IIT Coaching (Course ITYCP) (run by Narayana IIT Academy at DPS, NTPC, Vidyut Nagar) course vide Reference Cited Enrolment No.( Enrolment No. 3360033 ), for which I had deposited Rs. 37, 079/- vide Receipt no. 17499; dtd. 02/03/2008 through various cheques towards the Course Fees.

   
   




2. As she was feeling undue pressure due to her study of Class XI, perusing her hobby of music and undergoing coaching of Academy simultaneously, she had developed many physical complications and I had to consult many doctors of various hospitals of Noida, Modinagar & Delhi, wherein she was advised not to continue with undue pressure of coaching.

   
   




3. Therefore there was no other option for me except to drop her out from the coaching classes.

   
   




4. Hence, I had requested to the Narayana IIT Academy to cancel her enrolment and refund the course fees, after deduction of necessary charges vide my Written Applications dated 03/08/2008 & on 23/08/2008 and through repeated telephonic requests of different days.

   
   




5. But even after repeated persuasion through mobile & emails and posting grievance on your site on 1s February’2010 , the Academy has sent refund of only Rs.1000.00(without any rationale) a lapse of around 19 months(which looks like that Academy has given aim against my requests), though my daughter has attended only 30% Classes and thereafter she had dropped from the Course(Proof of the same has already been sent to the Academy.

   
   




6. It is quite surprising that such a reputed Academy, having branches all over India, is trying to become multi millionaire by befooling the people & engulfing their money.

   
   




7. Therefore may I request through your site to the Academy to refund the course fees, after deduction of Charges towards Tuition Fee for the Classes attended , Course Material Provided by the Academy, ST etc.
