My father was operated for valve surgery, surgery was fine but post surgery support has been worst, difficult to get appointment, endless and mindless waiting for doctor(Dr. Avery). He will see you at his wish, yearly checkup used to cost~4k in 2016, in 2017 it costed me~7.5k. worst staff attitude, they did not gave bandaid for my father and we realise the shirt was spoiled with blood after a while. You may have the surgery done but better look for other doctors post surgery regular checks.
And never go to NH for non heart issues, two of my close people died due to dengue in Majumdar Sha building after a bill of5L. You can see fight at cash counter every day by patients relatives
