I after watching the promos was eagerly awaiting this film as it had been advertised as the most shocking thriller of the year and on top of that director duo  abbas mastan had a proven record of bringing thrills and chills with films like baazigar and humraaz but I was disappointed  as what I got was a  very seet and incipid malai kofta to a fiery veg kolhapuri.i think it is high time that the film folks pull up their socks as warning signs are clear and dangerous when there are twenty people in a peak show of movie on the first friday or else hollywood would make inroads here like they have done in other countries wiping out local cinema.the film itself is weak thriller with a script inspired by bluffmaster  which leaves you puzzled and asks more questions than answers them backed by a weird screenplay , poor soundtrack and bizzare costumes so this film at the most is average and bearable

story

film is the story of sophia(urvashi sharma) a youn grl who works in burger king but is in love with karan(bobby deol)  and also lives with him in dubai and also pays rent to bobby which though may look insufficent after seein the size of bobbys house and her job with burger king anyway they  get engaged and are to marry in five days but as it happens she runs into vicky(akshay khanna) a struggling actor who has a knack of filming everything around himself and  so after two three days  of courtship she falls in love with him so seriously that she dumps karan  her love of six months at the altar and goes to vicky  and hence in depression karan kills himself  but  there is more to eye than which is seen  in a twist which forms the main soul of the film if you can say but by any standards climax is very long and poorly filmed and scripted that you are sometimes laughing at  actions unfolding on the screen anyway but I have to add that the twist was something I had not expected.

i also have to ask some questions which have come up after watching the film

how can a burger king employee pay a rent for a bunglow

how can one fall in love within two days

how can goa film festival be bigger than cannes

how can someone cannot see someone shooting and killing person in this age of cctvs

performance

karan-bobby deol is ok as karan

vicky-akshay khanna shows his usual acting skills as a struggling  actor

sophia-urvasi sharma looks good  but acting skills are not up to mark

vishal malhotra and vikas kalantri ham up as the bumbling sidekicks
