I am extremely disappointed with the service set up of Nandi Toyota, Hosur Road. Poor response and misinformation seem to be the order of the day. I had dropped off my vehicle for KA53 Z 3461 for repairs, after an accident.
I had specifically asked for an estimate in writing (vide my email dt Feb 27, 2013 09:34 for my contribution of the repairs. They have not given any estimate nor anyone has discussed the matter before proceeding with the repairs and now they are demanding Rs. 11000 towards the same. This is not fair and now the attempt is to cover up instead of owning up the mistakes
