I have been a customer of Nandi toyota for more than a decade now, its only in the last few years that I have complained to them about the degrading levels of service, unfortunately to no avail.I think they are not able to scale beyond a point.
I recently gave my Innova for service, first the service advisor wanted to double my bill by showing default options which were all others and not mandatory. Past that hawk, I started getting calls about how quite a few things need to be replaced.I negotiated that and was adamant that I shall be changing nothing. Then my delivery was delayed by more than 5 hours from an anticipated time. On receiving the car, there was still some noise, clearly no post inspection had been done and had to wait some more time in which they explained to me how I need to spend more money.
Most businesses are built to earn a profit but Nandi is not in the customer service but fleecing business. I was going to buy the new Crysta, clearly after this experience I shall not be buying that anymore.
Terrible, terrible experience, on top of that they have these service advisor, who are absolutely useless as they do not know a thing and also multiple call centre phone calls who also keep taking feedback however no action is ever done on it. Kaizen has been put to bed.
