Lack of professionalism- Arun Thapar 'Professionalsim' is a part of any consumer related enterprise and I am dissappointed to say that my one time favourite chain hardly has it.
I went to my cousins for party and ordered from this branch only to find a rotten portion of biriyani sent. A phone call for replacement ended in a rude note and the person on the other side did not seem to be bothered.
An apology at the least might have satisfied. But all I got was a rotten biriyani in front if me, waste of money and my cousins, friends having a bad taste of the service and 'Nadhini'.I have promised my self not to go for the same next time.Nandhini customers watch out for rotten smelly food, rude managers, lizards....
Have you heard about the new Nadhini caption -'EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK' poor quality at nandini- kiran I was one of the guests in my cousin's place last sunday. we all had heard great about nandini restaurants. so we all decided to order our favorite dishes from nandini, coles road, frazer town branch. there were both non veg and veg dishes.
It was after longtime tht we all cousins sat together for dinner. thought we'll enjoy the food from nandini. but it was so disappointing to see the veg biryani smelling so badly, it was totally spoilt. when we called them immediately they replied rudely. the person on phone said 'mistakes do happen'. he didnot even bother to apologise. it was a great disappointment and waste of money indeed. our dinner was spoilt by this nandini, coles road, frazer town branch.
