I absolutely love this place.The weather is so good. For the first time in my life I experienced a snowfall. Its a good place if you are planning a family trip.
Accessibility
It is located in uttrakhand, Since it is a hilly area its not that easy to go there.You have book your own cab or public bus.There is no railway or plane service. Accessibility might be an issue if someone is afraid of driving in hilly areas.
But once you reach the place you will forget everything
Local Sightseeing
While travelling you can see many lakes in the way and once you reach the place you will see Mango Lake(The lake is in the shape of mango).There is a huge ground attached to it and along with it a market where you wont feel like stopping yourself from shopping.you can see snowfall if you visit it near january.There are around 6-7 more lakes there.You can icebergs too if you can go to the top.
Hotels/Accomodation
The accomodation was very reasonable, It was comfortable.I stayed in Manu maharani.The food was great and service was good too.
Safety
You have to be careful here specially when you are driving, The roads are not wide.and if you go at the top wear "Keel wale Shoes" so that you dont slip .
