I couldn't finish this book, I gave up about half-way through.She would have whole Chapters that was nothing about the haunting, and I would have to skip through so many pages of garbage until she finally mentioned the hauntings.
Why do ghosts always haunt the Dumbest people?She just went on and on and on about how her house was decorated, what they ate, local gossip, her husband, etc.When she did talk about the ghosts, she acted so pathetic, running away and sobbing at the first sign of "footsteps" in the night!
I was hoping the ghosts would do her physical harm!She was lucky enough to own a house that had mysterious hauntings going on, traveling back ino a bygone era, and she was hiding under the covers the whole time!!!
Much, much better haunted house books out there; People in the Attic, A Dark Place, Grave's End, The Other Side are a few. If you want to read about Haunted Houses, do not waste your time with this one.
