My friends please don't join this bullsheet company, one of the worst and bullsheet management is muthoot fincorp, I had worked here one year and six month, there is no growth. Today am going tell u one of the worst Region BANGALORE ONE REGION. In this region RM venkatesh kamath is supporting only for girls, he is not supporting male staff, if she is a performer or non performer no matter. who is putting the bucket to kamath they will upcoming BIC/BM. One of the worst and saliva party is kamath.
So if u join here, especially Bangalore one region kamath will kill your career. So please don't join muthoot fincorp. The upper management also not good. If you resign and complete your notice period next to get your marks card, salary, NOC is too horrible.
