The salary offered to middle and low level management which includes the pulse of the company existence is very low compared to other NBFCs...But the upper level management is given high salary for simply sitting, harassing and giving pressure to the bottom levels.
You will not be given a permanent employee status even if you complete years with MFL. If you request for a salary/wages hike, you can see the rude and depressed faces of management. They doesn't know the needs or wants of common peoples. So please dont join Muthoot Fincorp Ltd as an employee.
