Was very good. But in the recent times, control is not there and hence company moving away from objectives . People make it a place to mint money and go .No sincerity left.

Strong tendency to isolate themselves from other employees, to establish their own styles of dress and behavior, to uphold their own standards of organizational performance. This can sometimes lead to a mistaken conception that "we", the officers and staff, are the company and that the rest, the "you" who work outside the office walls, comprise a necessary inconvenience. Most nursery businesses are too small to have developed such an isolated, administrative clique, but that doesn’t mean that it is immune to such a difficulty. It can happen in any business.
