I feel this review is:
MUTHOOT FINANCE is a very good idea of the Company to support the financial needs of the middle class. the gold at home fetches no value unless it is encashed . the idea to provide cash for gold is very nice. the customer service is appreciable and fast . the rate of interest is within reach. it inreases with time period but comfortable for small periods. the staff response is satisfactory. since the public gold is kept with the company, a little more security is required as has been seen that security aspect has been ignored in some of the branches. overall the service is very good.
