Undoubtedly its a worst place to work as a Junior Relationship Executive here. I joined Muthoot Finance in the month of October, 2016 . I just wotked for only 2 and half monts only. There is a lot of work loads given to employees. But the salary offered was very low. Its below the average salary. And at the time of appointment candidaye has to give bond for stating that not leaving the company for one year. May be this is the reason that they gives a lot of works to the employees with low salary knowing that employees not leave because of work bond. Guys according to me its not a right placs to work. There ia no growth or no opportunity for future development.
As a customer I can say that the interest rate was very high, it almost greater than 18% . And sometimes staffs are not cordial and they are not act in a friendly manner with customers
