I feel this review is:
Most importantly, Muthoot Finance Gold Loans is concerned they were able to provide the gold loan within 5 to 10 min . I had a gold loan experience with muthoot from past 3 years.They will disburse the loan amount to my bank account through NFT with in 5 min. Its is very less time when compared with banks. Interest rate Charged are okay which is 18%. The Customer Service which I got from Muthoot is very nice. They won't keep on customer to wait. From last year they are giving reward points to customer. another thing is that they taking draw list of one month customers and giving first 3 customers money. 2 months back they called to me and said you are selected in draw they have 500/- to me. in this branch manager and staff also very nice.
