I have worked in Mphasis for nearly 4 years in Production Support(ITO) and here I am:




  1. Practicing a$ licking, get good rating: If u r good in ur work, better ready for low rating and subsequently firing. Persons good in buttering and licking managers for whole year gets 3-5 rating(out of 5) and person working his a$ off day & night will get 1 or 2.




To fire employees, they have a program called PIP(performance Improvement Program) in which u are forced to sign on paper stating u r inefficient and under performer and will be under observation(including your lunch & washroom time also) for next 1-2 months and after that u will be fired as they don’t find any improvement in u and u r helpless bcoz u hv signed already on ur death certificate. If u r on bench be ready to die bcoz of starvation as salary will be stopped from third month & u will be shown the door.




  1. Lungiwala’s vs batatabadawala’s: If u r from northern part of the country and get struck in Chennai office, believe me u hv seen hell here on earth without dying. These lungiwala’s will fk u every second of ur life and will rip apart from top to bottom personally & professionally. U will be afraid to pick their phone call & sweats literally while seeing them. No chance of argument or fighting back bcoz u r in their territory and "apni gali me to kta bhi sher hota hain."




In Pune, u will feel little better as there are beautiful girls of other companies nearby and here u can indulge in useless arguments with TLs and managers. There is a war between  Lungiwala’s vs batatabadawala’s and north Indians are just like the bones between the 2 dogs.




  1. Mphasis NREGA: Production Support projects are like NREGA schemes where all the Mphasis dumb crap employees are dumped and 20% people are doing all the 100% work while rest are just resting. No respect to knowledge, skills, personal life and life just revolves around rotating shifts(including night shifts).




You will not live ur life by festivals & holidays but by shift rosters every week.
