Mphasis is a best recruiter for BPO jobs according to me. I was working in Mphasis 2 years back and according to this I am reviewing personally.
First of all yes it provides best BPO jobs with proper trainings. Senior staffs and faculties there are best behaved and too polite when I was new over there.
Coming to work timing maximum 8 hours of work accordingly me an hour more from other jobs but its ok when I compared to BPO salaries.
Initially when I was a trainee I was getting 4000 rs and after 2 months being an employee I used to get 12000 salary which is best for me being an student that time.
My career growths rapidly as I became too fluent in communicating in english languages.
The best you work and the discipline you maintain with the senior employees you can assure yoursef your job security that way.
Coming to office envirnoment part . Best furnished Centralized AC office. Loved to be inside.
And CEO of the Mphasis company where I worked 2 years later is best when it comes to business.
