Too many leaders but no leadership. Review on Mphasis

The main problem of MphasiS is the curse of hundreds of good guys who were harassed and chased out of d company by the(political)'leaders' of dis company. The leaders and managers are nothing but evil with none having any skills or leadership ability.

If you are xpecting a great career in Mphasis just because you have skills and talent you are in for d biggest disappointment of your life.Your safety in dis company is guaranteed based on your caste, colour, region and language you speak.

The company got too many leaders but none of them has any leadership skills. Most of the senior leaders are called delivery leaders or manager but they keep themselves miles away from their project. When a new logo is won by the company(if at all it wins) the first thing these'leaders' do is to convert the account as a staff augmented model(aka body shopping model) for fear of getting exposed in a managed model. If you observe they always work only on some RFP or business leads. But none of these RFP or leads become a new logo ever. That shows how much of talent and luck these leaders carry. once my manager asked me to prepare a presentation and asked his name be put as the author(dis is very common in the company).

If you r really talented and capable u better leave Mphasis. If not your life will bcome miserable at d hands of your manager. The leaders of mphasis target anyone with 5+ years xperience, since these folks may become their threat sooner or later.

HR Group

Most of the HR policies followed by dis company(and every IT company in India) is against the labour laws of India. HR group is there only to provide safe cover for the company's unethical business practice. Elango is another biggest a$hole of mphasis who market his own blog when the company is going down.

RMG group

RMG is always busy playing with the life, future and feelings of the employees. If you are on bench you will never find urself matching the JD of the list of jobs sent by this group. when the whole world is looking for IT jobs here is a company that do not find people for the job. Some of the project positions are kept open for 2+ years too(may be the delivery group create fake positions just to show themself growing and busy group).

I think dis company is dying slowly and this is sensed if you speak to any employee of the company. The management and the(political) leaders are not worried since they have guaranteed their safety and salary. The company is so cheap that it is spreading rumours about the stakesale to keep its share price up and to sell itself. After spreading rumours the company refuse to comment on such rumours. whata joke.
