Ganesh iyer(CEO) - He is one of the top most paid CEO(Evidence - https://images.business-standard.com/ads/billionaire/ceo-salary_n1.html)
He is an voracious speaker(Evidence - https://youtube.com/watch?v=JamQDEbGcqY#t=295),
has good body language and has good people control on meetings. He has done executive studies and has his own plans and strategy, which anytime haven't been much successful.
My suggestion to him: Boss before letting HP go out make sure you have "enough" direct business to supply work to the current workforce. Chasing out HP and landing into direct market channel is not a wise decision. On CEO meeting everyone have seen you speaking polished/ motivating/inspiring but we dont need your business strategy and inaccurate projection and numbers. All we need is projects, salary, incentive, good managers, and respect.

OMG! a big dumbo .Recently when the company announced that the hikes and promotion are postponed. A gentleman on the townhall meeting asked a question will we at least get arriers.And Pavan replied "I dont know what is arriers, if you dont get then I will also dont get and then smiled ha ha ha" - what a irresponsible answer, shamless he still calls him to be a top management professional. Insane!

When the company is in Fire.a$hole he still sits and writes Blogs! and sells it in Malls. If he has taken some responsibility of jumping in and directly dealing employees current issue, he might have earned a better name.
HR Team - Nell Matthew, Pravitta, shilpa - Poor souls, there hands are tied by management. There is nothing they can do to take decision of their own, they run behind top management folks in pune and were always afraid to raise their voice. Their sad faces always look they are fed up with life and will not even promptly reply emails.
Something good thing to say about the company: Really a good place to work, transparent pay slip and salary will be on time. Work from home will be provided. The bonus will be shared.
