Mphasis is a cheap IT company and it will soon collapse as HP will be selling it .People dont join all the senior management people are nothing but show off and the company is good for nothing.because the management is not interested in progress.
One who calls it an IT company is the person in disguise. Truly speaking, all the senior employees are like BPO kind people who just wear good clothes, talk big things but are really god for nothing.Even the Mphasis cab driver is good and has more knowledge than the manager.
