Not sure if anyone has been thru this before but I just gotta speak out

On my way out of KLIA airport, I was stopped by a customs official. First question asked was whether I was Malaysian, to which I replied yes.
My luggage was hand carried & small, and he requested me to open it.
I pointed the bag to him told him to open it and gave him permission check on his own whatever he was curious about.
This point he started getting loud and annoyed – he raised his voice and told me that I had to open my own bag as it was my own responsibility
I was shocked, did as he asked and then told him he need not be rude.
He checked my bag briefly and then I requested for his badge name n ID as I was appalled by his behavior. (Name: Nava, Badge ID: 581229015381)
After writing it down, he became ruder…what shocked me next was him snatching my shopping bag which consisted of 1 duty free liquor which I had just purchased (the liquor was within the allowable amount - 1 liter for Malaysia).
What right did he have to do that?
HE responded that I should have opened my own bag in the first place n shouldn’t have given an “attitude”. Maybe it was my mistake in wanting to give permission to him to open my bag on his own …BUT HE SHOULD NOT HAVE TREATED ME RUDELY.
I was clearly upset and extremely frustrated with the situation..
He then wanted my passport as he wanted me to meet his senior & refused to return my shopping bag until I handed my passport to him. (and all this because I had written down his ID number).
So I gave it to him, knowing that I had done nothing wrong to this extreme and he returned my shopping bag. (yes I could have walked out without my shopping bag but I didn’t do so because this guy, Nava didn’t have the right to take it to begin with)

We proceeded to his senior’s office and he was complaining the entire time about me not wanting to open my luggage on my own.
The senior officers , who were much more polite, proceeded to explain to me that I am required by law to open the luggage on my own…I told him ok I wont repeat my error again. The guy, Nava, still refused to return my passport and kept telling his seniors that I was only agreeing to them as I wanted to get out immediately!!!
What a strange man!!! Of course I had to agree with them because they were explaining the facts to me…This guy, Nava, should never abuse his “power” by using scare tactics on people (ie. Keeping my passport).
The seniors finally agreed to let me out and return my passport, much to Nava’s disappointment. This guy is so Unbelievable!!
So to all visitors and citizens arriving at KLIA, be careful of this man (name: Nava, Badge ID: 581229015381).
