Although I have been a member of Mouthshut since the last six months or so, It was just another site till recently. I would visit Mothshut once a month.

Things changed shortly. I was facing a major problem with Rediffmailpro, an e-mail service provider. The Technical Support staff was behaving very funnily and not responding.

To vent my frustration/anger, i wrote a horrible review of the service and then sent the same to them by mail. Next day first thing in morning, I receive a call from Rediff after resolving the issues.

This incident brought to light the power of this website.

Everyday, all of us come across situations, where products/services are not up to mark and the service providers donot bother. Mouthshut gives a very good platform to users to post their views and experiances on anything and everything.

Now I am hooked on to this site. Infact I have made Mouthshut my homepage....

So next time, I want to buy something, you know where I will be heading.
