Updated May 21, 2001 to reflect the tremendous customer service that MS has now

Some facts for non-computer professionals writing review especially Sherry who seems to make interesting but wrong observations!!

1.     “Back” is a function of the browser. Sherrie check your browser, there is something wrong with it. This is possibly the only reason why BACk for MS doesn’t work in your case. In my computer it works perfect. Maybe you need to download the latest version of IE. If you need help with it mail me at hamidf@hotmail.com

2.     Members suck: I think that includes me. I don’t think I suck. Let me tell you, I haven’t come across many sites that are so technically sound.ASP from MICROSOFT is stable and quite robust technology. From my experience and knowledge I feel that MS is technically much much superior to many many Indian sites. Good work there MS. DON’T REST. One thing that I feel has tremendously improved is customer service. From the time MS started to now (MAY 21, 2001), which is just 6 months time customer service has seen maximum improvement. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give 11 to MS customer service. Thanks MS. You guys really pay attanetion to every comment and feedback.

3.     Opinions suck: Opinions are opinions. They can never suck. They may be different from person to person. Amrita may think that Sherry sucks, but I may feel that she doesn’t. Maybe just that Sherry is having a bad day as she fought with her husband this morning(assuming that she is married). She got MS to vent her anger. I usually use a one of those sand bags for this

I am tired now. More later! Plus these guys at MS don’t pay me for writing this review. So, there is no force. I quit now!!!
