Mouthshut.com is a great place to get feedback and reviews from users across the geographical locations. I congratulate the mouthshut team to bring up such a great place to exchange views and thoughts.

However, my concern is with respect to
1. the spammers who repeatedly post irrelavant information in the form of comments on various reviews. This is my personal view should be monitored on a constant basis and boot up such users. For example, if you go to the product as mentioned at [http://www.mouthshut.com/product-reviews/Quest.net-925052721.html], you see all the reviews being spammed by a user called ’antonmax’. this person always either deviates users from the actual point of discussion or simply puts irrelavant info so that users stop commenting.

Take a look at the amount of comments he has made and understand how relevant they are with respect to the subject of review. This really annoys the people who come here for information. If I get to see this stuff again and again, i would never visit again.

2. When a feedback is sent to mouthshut admins, no body cares to respond. This is really a very poor thing which you folks need to work on.

3. It is my observation that the site has become very slow nowadays, may be because of the number of users got increased or due to too many cluttered Google ads on your site - please revisit and address these issues before user looks for an alternative

4. Hope you guys respond to this review atleast and address some of the issues I have pointed at. if not, like i said earlier, people would always look for alternatives.. so, don’t be on the losing note. Take immediate actions.
