Mount Abu is a hill station on the border of Rajasthan. This winter I with my family visited Mount Abu. Even the journey till Mount Abu is fabulous. Roads are surrounded by lush green hills which gives a feel of heaven when covered with snow.
The relaxation which I got there was great. The sunrise and sunset between snowy mountains were picturesque and unforgettable. When I reached to the top of mountain a cool calm flow of air gave me immense satisfaction of being there.
Mount Abu also has Dilwara temples, a pure class of world-class architecture with white marbles. These are Jain temples and entry of Non-jains is after noon time. Nikki Lake is also a must visited site.
Mount Abu also holds some shopping markets of traditional clothes of Rajasthan. If you visit there don't forget to take organic perfumes from local shops. It would be better if you do advance booking of hotels as the place is generally crowded.
There are many restaurants which will surely fulfill your needs of food. From superb snacks from streets to multi cuisine restaurants you will surely didn't need to bother about food.
It is a must visit place with your family or friends.
