I have been using this phone for almost 2 years now .And let tell you about the specifications first.
SPECIFICATION:

4.5 inch HD display
5 MP rear cam and 0.3 mp front
8916 Qualcomm SnapDragon 410 Processor
If you compare this phone with phones like Redemi 2 and Lenovo A6000, Moto is way better.
For Day to day uses.Moto E is a good Smartphone.No Crashes, No Restarts and looks are perfect.
So if you are looking for budget smartphones for daily use, Moto E is a good option.
