I just got my baby boy delivered in motherhood, indiranagar. I had worst experience of my life. These guys will leave no opportunity to make money from you. I am sharing my views for the benefit of those who are planing to get their babies delivered here:
They will keep your baby in NICU in the name of jaundice. when the count is near 18-20, they will start threatening you that they may need to use ivig injection or blood transfusion. When the count is in safe range, they will still not discharge your baby and keep threatening you that if you take discharge then bilirubin count may increase again. They ruthlessly prick up the needles in your baby every 5-6 hrs in the name of bilirubin count test and all just for what to make money. Bloody hell?. And as a parent you will never want to take the risk. So don't get stuck here. My genuine and well faced advice.
The nursing staff is pathetic. You keep pressing the bell or even you go to the nursing station and ask the nurse for some help, you have to wait indefinately unless you poke them multiple times for the same thing.
Quality of food that patient gets is very bad. I bet if one can eat it all. If you want to order something from canteen, again you have to wait for ages.
No timely room service. If your washroom is dirty and you wish that someone cleans it then you have to continue running behind nurses to send someone for cleaning.
AC in the room does not work properly.
Last but not the least, stay away from paediatricians of this hospital. To name a few: dr. Sampat, dr Anuj, dr. Lakshmipati, dr. Seema and one of two more whose name I forgot. All are money minded doctors. They may be trained in this manner by the Hospital lobby.
We came here only because of our doctor. If we were aware of the pathetic a services we are going to get, . We would have never come here. If we are paying such a heavy amount for normal deliveries, we expect good services as well.
