Yes, you can not get a smooth customer service as you get in a super market or any authorized service center they are just shopkeepers and very good business people but most of them are not good in customer service.

AVAILABILITY  OF BOOKS(3/5)

There you can mostly all the books but I am not sure about that  it was sound great in finance books  it is a very good place to buy all engineering books.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE(3/5)

Overall I had a smooth experience there.I bought my book which I was searched for with in few minutes because it sounds great in numbers of shop and books.
