I had booked i20 active from this showroom but the finance dept is charging higher rate then other bank which they had tie up, but after that they promised for the good service before booking the car but after booking the car, all are the fake promises, once booking ids done, no one even pickup the call even the recepitionist also cut my call, the delivery date is not on time
the sales executive not picking up the call, after booking, I have to follow the sales executive to ask about the status of delivery of my car and the delivery time is very l lengthy, I got my delivery after 1mth
