Last week I took my car for a general servicing to Modi Hyundai Car Service Center at S V Road, Goregaon (W), in Mumbai. I had a very bad experience I paid Rs.4500 in cash. But in turn the service I got was pathetic I reported two problems one the reverse gear is hard and second the hand brake is not working properly. While delivering I was informed that the problems were fixed however nothing was done. This led me to call their Works Manager he promised a call back, but never called,
I called back again and he put me to the same advisor who attended my complains I was asked to take my car back again, when I informed it would be difficult for me and requested them to send a technician to my home location they agreed. However no one has come till date.I have lost my faith in them and now I doubt whether my car was serviced at all. Just for an eye wash they have cleaned the car and delivered it. Also I paid for change of lubricants and engine oil, they never informed me which brand of oil they have used nor they have showed me any empty containers. It is a matter of trust which they have breached.
I request all the Hyundai Cat owners to share your agony like me so that people are aware before they are fleeced.
