I purchased i10 in oct 2009 from Modi Hyundai , thane. For last 3 years I am using services offered by Hyundai. For first year it was good as there was no problem in the car. After first accidental repair done at thane work shop I am facing so many issues and Mr. Anwar asked me to go to service section to resolve the problems which were caused due to accidents. What he said that in accidental repair we can replace or repair the damaged parts only.for rest of the problems caused due to accidental, you have to revisit service centers again and again.
Horrible experience came when last 2 weeks I am revisiting service center again for same problem. Hyundai customer care called me to give feedback on service and when I have expressed my concerns they sent their executive to attend the issue. when I tried to open the bonnet, I found that the wire which was broken and service guys delivered the car as it is when I serviced it 1 week before.
After last service my existing problem of front panel noise increased and new problem started from left hand door. So if you just want to do the greasing of your car, take it to Modi Hyundai, but for actual care you need to find an alternative, may be u should visit Hyundai's company owned garage at Cottongreen.
I don't know, I am waiting for my car again to get repaired modi thane so that I can take it to private garage. I hope atleast private garage person will try to do justice and will care of the customer so as to win another continuous customer for him. And modi Hyundai doesn't needs such customer satisfaction things, they are happy with their pathetic service and repair systems offered to the customer.
