Hi, I bought my Mitsubishi M330 in June 2004, and I must say it's the best cell phone I know that's worth every paisa spent. The cell runs around 4 days on a single charge (I might not be a heavy user, but my previous cell, Panasonic GD 68 lasted 2 days on a single charge), sometimes 5!

The voice clarity is simply amazing, considering I use BSNL as a subscriber! The cell has almost all features you'd expect out of a high end model Key features:

i. SMS/MMS/eSMS

ii. 40 voice polyphonic ringtones.

iii. 250 entry address book: A total address book, with name, surname, 3 phone nos. fax, email, address, tone, photo link capability! So digital diaries are a thing of the past!

iv. 256K for storing .jpg/.bmp/.gif images. Can store about 26 or so of your own.. with its 25 preloaded.

v. 128K for storing melodies. Mainly .mid/.midi/.wav. All compatible with Samsung/Nokia.

vi. A cool infra red port! So you don't need to buy those melodies/pictures. Just bring them on to your laptop/PC, and xfer them to your cell! Unlike Nokia/Samsung cells, you can even upload the pics to other IRDA devices! Choose any pic on the Net, re-size using MS Paintbrush into 120 x 110 size, and send it via a USB-IRDA adaptor (costs about Rs. 400/-)

vii. 100 Event/Task capability. Real time organiser for those forgetful businessmen

viii. 4096 colour large screen display. Only thing is that it uses the passive screen. So colours aren't that lively. But saves a lot on battery consumption!

ix. 120sec of recording capability! You don't need to hunt for a pen to take down that address/phone no. Just record the conversation!

x. Speaker phone is quite loud (unlike most models). You can put it on the table and talk.

xi. Can exchange the entire address entry via MMS/IRDA port. xii. Cool games: Bowling is one of them! xiii. Incomplete SMS, accidenlty exited, are automatically stored! You don't need to retype them! xiii. Can extract phone nos. out of SMS for adding into address book directly!

Summary: i. Good battery life ii. Cheap. Around Rs. 5000/-! Believe me! iii. All features that you can dream of for this price.

Cons: i. SMS Abc mode is not separate. You need to depress the '#'' key for a second to activate it. Can be a pain. ii. Phone nos. extracted out of SMS always end up creating new entries in address book. You cannot edit an existing entry with this no. iii. Models manufactured in Europe have a flaw in its firmware: You cannot change the ringtone of incoming SMS. But that tone is quite good and loud. iv. No bluetooth. But I really didn't need it.

Updating my review after more than three years of having this cell:

Date: 24 Dec 2007

My Mitsubishi has developed a problem, so that it can accept only Airtel sim cards.. has to do with the IF tuner chip they said. Anyways.. given it to my father.. the cell is still going strong.. the battery now is a bit weak. goes for 3 days or so. But still the phone is a work horse as it was then!
